Refund policy

By standard, Blooming Edens has a no returns policy on fresh florals and potted plants, however we have a 30-day return policy on dried arrangements and assorted sundries, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at bloomingedens@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to have a collection arranged with Blooming Edens. This can be arranged via email.  

If your return is accepted, we will collect returned products directly from you. Any nationwide deliveries will have a shipping label sent to them for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. As we work with fresh products, there will be natural variants in colour and texture, so all damages must be reported with photo evidence so we can provide guidance before going forward.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Fresh flowers and potted plants have a 24hr window for return - if you are unhappy with the quality, please contact us asap via email or phone (07831199529) to arrange for a replacement to be made and delivered immediately. Any return requests made after this time frame cannot be made due to the nature of fresh products.

All fresh arrangements and plants will be delivered to the customer with a detailed care instruction leaflet so as to maximise lifespan of the product. If no leaflet can be found, please get in contact with us so we can provide a digital copy.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

For fresh flowers and potted plants, we will strive to have the same arrangement remade or plant sent directly to you shoul you be unhappy with the product. All exchanges must have the original product returned to Blooming Edens upon redelivery, and have the process started within the same time frame (24hrs) as a return. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
